Instruksi Choco Marie Pudding
- Dasar / base : Haluskan biskuit marie lalu taruh dalam gelas sambil sedikit di tekan (1 gelas 2-3 sdm, tergantung gelas yg di pakai).
- Marie Vla : Haluskan biskuit marie. Siapkan panci, kemudian masukkan susu, gula aren bubuk, gula pasir, tepung maizena, vanilla essence, dan biskuit marie yang sudah di haluskan. Masak hingga mendidih (meletup-letup) dan mengental. Masukan ke dalam gelas di atas base (3-4 sdm, tergantung gelas yang di pakai).
- Choco pudding : campur susu, gula aren bubuk, coklat bubuk, nutrijell bubuk dan garam. Aduk sampai tercampur rata. Setelah rata masak sampai mendidih sambil terus di aduk. Masukkan kedalam gelas di atas Marie vla (7-8 sdm, tergantung gelas yang di pakai). Dinginkan.
- Setelah pudding dingin, tambahkan marie vla lagi lalu taburi dengan coklat bubuk dan beri potongan biskuit marie diatasnya. Siap disajikan :).
